Morehead City, on the beautiful Crystal Coast of Carteret County, North Carolina has an aging population with many healthcare needs. There are few state-of-the-art medical facilities available in the county. Holler Developers' focus for the past five years has been to design and construct premier medical and professional buildings in the area's best location in an effort to fulfill this need.
East Coast Square South was completed in March 2009. This luxurious facility includes beautiful landscaping, marble flooring in the corridors, barrel-vaulted ceilings and mahogany wainscoting. It is fully occupied!
East Coast Square North, located across the street from the South Building was completed in January 2011. North has only one unit available for lease. Interior design from our experienced architectural group is provided at no cost to tenants.
Our new Phase III, East Coast Square East, is located directly beside
of the North Building. East, a three-story building, was completed in April 2013 and pre-leasing has now begun.
The medical practices at East Coast Square South and North have outperformed projections by as much as 60%. We are confident that our newest complex at East Coast Square East will create an even greater opportunity for a growing medical community as well as other professional services.
